Railey is a digital product for creating, saving, reviewing, and sharing travel routes. You may use it for personal planning, exploration, and organization. Railey is not a travel agency, rail operator, booking provider, or emergency service, and you are responsible for checking important details before making real-world decisions.

Some features require an account through a supported sign-in method. Keep your login details secure, use accurate information, respect trip permissions, and do not try to access or change information you are not allowed to use.

Trip owners can invite people, share links, and choose whether others can view or edit. If you share a public link or invite someone by email, you are responsible for who receives it and what they are allowed to see or do.

Route suggestions, timings, map details, AI output, booking information, and other travel details may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify important requirements and arrangements with official providers before you travel.

Some Railey features may rely on third-party services. Their services, content, availability, policies, and outputs are outside our control, and links to external providers do not mean that we endorse or guarantee them.

A Standard credit creates one branded square video export and is available once per verified account. Premium video exports cost one Premium credit each, regardless of format or selected render settings. A credit is reserved when an export is accepted into the queue, consumed only after the MP4 is successfully published, and normally restored if a queued export is cancelled or a system failure permanently prevents publication. Deleting a completed video or trip does not restore a credit. If a trip is deleted after rendering has started, the credit is consumed.

Eligible verified accounts may claim the Railey Launch Gift once during its published claim window. The gift grants two Premium credits that expire exactly 30 days after the claim. Gift credits have no cash value, are account-bound, cannot be transferred, and are spent before purchased credits where they expire sooner.

Premium credit packs are one-time purchases delivered to the verified Railey account used at checkout. Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT. Each purchased batch expires exactly one year after successful payment; a later purchase does not extend an earlier batch. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, have no cash value except where a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, and are spent in expiry order.

Contact hello@railey.app to request a refund. We initially support full-pack refunds, not partial pack refunds. A voluntary full refund is available within 14 days after payment only when none of that purchase batch’s credits have been consumed and none are currently reserved. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and unused credits from that batch are revoked. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of the digital credits. Nothing in this policy limits any longer withdrawal period, remedy for non-performance, conformity right, or other mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

A successfully published video is available through authenticated, temporary private links for up to 30 days from publication. Viewing, playing, or downloading does not extend that fixed date. Videos may be removed sooner if you delete the related trip. Download a video during the retention period if you want to keep it permanently. Re-rendering after expiry requires a new credit.

Do not misuse the service, disrupt it, bypass protections, scrape large parts of the product, send abusive messages or invites, upload misleading links, misuse communication features, or use Railey for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. We may limit or remove access if the service is misused.

You keep ownership of information you add to your account. You confirm that you have the right to add or share that content. We may use it as needed to operate, protect, measure, and improve Railey.

We may send service messages related to your use of Railey. Marketing emails are optional and depend on your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails.

If you send feedback, ideas, or bug reports, we may use them to improve Railey without owing compensation.

We aim to keep Railey useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, data sources, integrations, limits, or permissions may change while the product evolves.

Railey is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for travel disruptions, missed arrangements, document issues, financial loss, inaccurate information, external provider actions, shared-trip edits, or decisions you make based on the service.

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to make it visible. Continued use of Railey means you accept the updated terms.
